Success can only be achieved by constant and consistent pursuit.  "It's the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting." as per Alchemist, and that possibility of the dream is what makes anyone tread its path.  All the things that come in the way are just simple aberrations when you think about the final destination.  Leader is one who takes criticism for this team's failure and gives credit to the team for the team's success and not finding a scapegoat when times are bad. Do not introspect when it is bad, introspect when its good. There is always a lesson to be learnt whether things are going good or bad. Believe in improvement and achieving perfection for you would be able to know what to do when things go wrong. Our Industry is seriously short of leaders with a vision and a mission. As they say history repeats itself. I think we are more heading towards the Indira's emergency period when it was Indira- Sanjay mother son duo and now its the turn of Sonia- Rahul. A younger Anna hazare has seen it and we the internet generation, with media has never seen assembly of people on a large scale. I think the time is ripe and the situation demands an uprising, unless one is waiting for some sort of heavenly interference. Wishing Anna and the entire team success in what they are trying to achieve. The urban community has realized and the peasants have realized.

People are often unreasonable, irrational, and self-centered. Forgive them anyway. If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives. Be kind anyway. If you are successful, you will win some unfaithful friends and some genuine enemies. Succeed anyway. If you are honest and sincere people may deceive you. Be honest and sincere anyway. What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight. Create anyway. If you find serenity and happiness, some may be jealous. Be happy anyway. The good you do today, will often be forgotten.
