Leader is one who takes criticism for this team's failure and gives credit to the team for the team's success and not finding a scapegoat when times are bad. Do not introspect when it is bad, introspect when its good. There is always a lesson to be learnt whether things are going good or bad. Believe in improvement and achieving perfection for you would be able to know what to do when things go wrong. Our Industry is seriously short of leaders with a vision and a mission. Our leader are not leaning towards perfection instead think about short term achievements which lead to long term failures.

Security in America after 9/11 has improved and keeps on improving taking the example of the latest security scanning of each person along with pat on the back from the security its been almost 11 years and they have kept on improving the security systems from just scanning to pat on the back. One could feel safe about what they are doing. What happens if they would only do a short term solution is anyone's guess.
