Its time to introspect and take action for every person irrespective of the gender. You can see girls roaming with no fear in Mumbai at late night, but 9 pm in Delhi is dangerous for any person. When obscene wall posters are in public the other group raises a hue and cry. the Information and broad casting minister has banned any adult forms of telecast to the indian public even in the wee hours of the night citing culture as one of the reasons. So what is the culture. Hurting each other, hurting people on gender, I would ask how many of you would respect a girl in scantly dressed clothes.
